This house was in terrible condition when we arrived. We restored it nicely with oil primer and latex paint.
This photo shows the primer verses paint. Most of the time you can get the primer tinted about the same color as the paint.
This house was pretty old be in good condition. It did not require any priming. Two coats of top quality latex paint did a beautiful job.
This house was three colors and came out great.
